Processing Time

Orders are typically packed and shipped within 5–7 business days. During book launches or holiday periods, processing times may be slightly longer.

Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information.

Domestic Shipping (United States)

We offer free standard shipping within the United States on orders of $70 or more. Shipping rates for orders below this threshold are calculated at checkout.

International Shipping

We ship to most countries worldwide. Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your destination and the items in your order. For eligible destinations, applicable taxes and import charges are calculated and collected during checkout, helping avoid unexpected fees upon delivery.

We are unable to mark orders as gifts or declare a value lower than the purchase price.

If an international shipment is returned to us because it could not be delivered, was not collected, or the shipping address provided was incorrect, additional shipping charges will apply before the order can be reshipped.

Lost or Damaged Shipments

If your order arrives damaged, or if you believe it has been lost in transit, please contact us as soon as possible with your order number and, if applicable, photographs of the package and its contents. We will work with the carrier to resolve the issue and determine the appropriate next steps.
