Shipping policy

Orders - except preorders - typically ship within 5-7 business days. You'll receive an email notice once your order has shipped.

For all international orders, please be sure to actively monitor tracking. Some international shipments can get held up in customs or at your local post office. We kindly ask that you actively monitor tracking and promptly contact the appropriate entity to resolve any issues that may arise. If an international order is returned to us, we will need to request additional payment to cover shipping costs.
