Refund policy

We accept returns within 14 days of delivery.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it and returned in appropriate protective packaging. Reusing the original packaging, when possible, is appreciated but not required.

To initiate a return, please contact us at mail@tisbooks.pub. If your return is authorized, we will provide return instructions and the appropriate return address. Returns sent without prior authorization may not be accepted.

Unless the return is the result of our error or a damaged or defective item, customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

For international orders placed through our international checkout, any applicable taxes or import charges collected at checkout will be refunded, where applicable, if your return is approved.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order upon arrival. If your order is damaged, defective, or you received the wrong item, contact us as soon as possible with your order number and photographs of the package and its contents so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

European Union Customers

If your order is shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your purchase within 14 days without providing a reason.

As with all returns, the item must be in the same condition that you received it and in its original packaging. You’ll also need your receipt or proof of purchase.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you whether your refund has been approved.

If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
